Our Story

Growing up on a farm taught me lessons that have stayed with me my entire life.

We didn't have much, but what we did have was everything that mattered—hard work, family, and an unconditional love for animals. Some of my favorite memories were made outside, where life moved a little slower and every day brought a new adventure. Those years shaped who I am and planted a dream in my heart that never faded.

For as long as I can remember, I was captivated by Highland cattle. Their long shaggy hair, gentle eyes, and calm personalities made me fall in love with them long before I ever imagined owning one. I always told myself that one day, somehow, I'd have a farm filled with fluffy cows.

That dream eventually became Forrester Fluffy Butt Farms.

But this farm has become so much more than I ever imagined.

There was a time in my life when I desperately needed peace. I found it standing in a pasture, surrounded by quiet, gentle animals who asked for nothing except kindness. They reminded me to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple moments. They didn't judge. They didn't expect perfection. They simply accepted me, and somehow that was exactly what my heart needed.

That's when I realized I wanted to create a place where others could experience that same feeling.

Today, every animal on our farm is part of our family. They each have their own personality, their own quirks, and their own story. Watching our bottle-raised HighPark steer, Ranger, grow from a tiny calf into the sweet, curious boy he is today has been one of the greatest joys of this journey. Alongside Otis and Maybelle, they remind me every single day why this dream was worth chasing.

Life is busy. It's stressful. Sometimes we all need a place where we can simply exhale.

Whether you're cuddling one of our fluffy cows, laughing with your family, taking beautiful photos, or simply standing in the pasture listening to the sounds of nature, I hope you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
